Purpose and Functionality

Chatbot agents are intended to assist users with common queries, provide automated responses, and help with certain functions such as bookings, queries, or guiding users through services within a space.

Accuracy of Information

While chatbots aim to provide accurate and helpful information, users should be aware that the automated responses are based on pre-programmed data and may not always be fully accurate or up-to-date. Users should verify any critical information independently.

Non-Disruptive Behavior

Chatbots are designed to function smoothly and should not disrupt the experience of users within a space. Any attempts to exploit, manipulate, or alter the functioning of the chatbots are prohibited and may lead to account suspension.

User Interaction with Chatbots

They must refrain from engaging in any activity that could damage the reputation of the NeedTown platform, including the use of misleading information, engaging in fraudulent practices, or participating in illegal activities.

Performance Reviews

TownManagers' performance is regularly assessed through user feedback, ratings, and reviews. Consistently high ratings are expected, and poor reviews may indicate areas for improvement or result in penalties, including account suspension.

TownManagers must proactively address any negative feedback and demonstrate a commitment to improving their services.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions, including any service-related guidelines or platform policies, may result in disciplinary actions such as warnings, account suspension, or even termination of the TownManager's ability to offer services on NeedTown.

If a TownManager repeatedly fails to meet the platform’s standards or violates the Terms and Conditions, they may face permanent removal from the platform.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Governing Law:

By agreeing to these Terms, users consent to the application of Bangladeshi law, regardless of where the user resides or accesses the platform.

No Conflict of Laws:
